This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription services provided by Jenria Infotech LLP (ACV-9592)through PayTrova. Our Service is accessible at paytrova.com. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
PayTrova is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Full Refund Within 14 Days: You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of payment, no questions asked.
Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of your purchase. The 14-day period begins the day after your payment is completed.

- Monthly and annual subscription fees
- Add-on purchases
- Any other paid features

Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
After the 14-day refund window has expired, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
For subscription renewals, you have 14 days from each renewal date to request a refund for that renewal period.

Effect of Cancellation
- Immediate Effect: Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
- Continued Access: You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Refund Option: If you cancel within 14 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund as described above
- Data Retention: Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it will be permanently deleted
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal date.
If a payment fails during renewal:
- We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
- Your service will continue for a grace period of 7 days
- After the grace period, your subscription will be suspended
- You can reactivate by updating your payment method and paying the outstanding amount
Your consumer rights are protected under Indian law. Our refund policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you have the right to:
- Receive clear information about cancellation and refund terms before purchase
- Cancel your subscription and receive a refund as per the terms described above
- File a consumer complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission if your grievance is not resolved

Grievance Redressal
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern by emailing [email protected] with "Refund Grievance" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days as required under the DPDP Act, 2023.
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions retroactively.
